Abyss or why darkness matters 

The metaphorical comfort and discomfort of darkness – darkness tightly enveloping or the uncertain depth of unknown territory. Alluring and illusionary – The antipode to light and lightness matters to help us understand the dimensions of our mental and physical perception, a compass to our unconsciousness. Dark matter is an invisible material that emits or absorbs no light but betrays its presence by interacting gravitationally with visible matter.
